Apareé is a behavioral standard and infrastructure bureau for residential buildings. This notice explains what information the bureau holds and how it is treated. It is a plain-language summary, not a contract — a commissioned engagement is governed by its own agreement.
What the bureau holds
Information you give us when you contact the bureau or commission work — your name, your organization, the buildings concerned, and our correspondence. Where an operating layer is deployed, the building’s operating data is held under the terms of that engagement.
How it is used
To answer inquiries, deliver commissioned work, and maintain the behavioral profile of a building held to the standard. Information is not sold, and it is never used to advertise to residents.
Who can see it
A building’s operating data belongs to the building. Access is limited to the bureau and to the people authorized on that building. Residents are not identified to third parties.
Your choices
Write to the bureau to see, correct, or remove the information held about you, and we will confirm what we hold and act on your request.
