These terms cover your use of this website and the services offered on it, including the Benchmark, operated by Aparee Digital OÜ. Commissioned work is governed by the agreement for that engagement, not by this page.
Who we are
This site and the services on it are operated by Aparee Digital OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn). "Apareé," "the bureau," "we," and "us" refer to that company. By using the site you accept these terms.
The standard and its materials
ADAG, the LEI methodology, the Benchmark, and everything published here are the work of the bureau and remain its property. You may read and reference them with attribution; you may not republish them as a competing standard, resell them, or strip their attribution.
The Benchmark and your account
The Benchmark is an informational instrument for assessing how a building behaves. You may create an account to use it. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you enter. We may suspend or close an account that is misused.
Acceptable use
Use the site and the Benchmark only as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; do not submit unlawful content or infringe anyone's rights; and do not use the materials to build a competing standard.
Payments
Some Benchmark features are paid and are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you buy and may include VAT. Credits or readings already delivered or consumed are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
What the Benchmark is — and is not
A Benchmark score is an informational assessment based on the evidence available. It is not a certification, a guarantee, a valuation, or professional, legal, or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as any of those. The commitments the bureau stands behind — including the Behavioral Warranty — live only in a signed engagement, never in a score on this site. The site and the Benchmark are provided as they stand.
Engagements
A Behavioral Baseline, a Behavioral Blueprint, or a deployed operating layer is delivered under a separate, signed agreement. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement governs.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on informational material published on this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian or EU law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, and disputes fall to the Estonian courts — except where a signed engagement provides otherwise for that engagement.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one in force.
